PAYMENT
I gladly accept payments via PayPal. PayPal is free and easy to use. Through PayPal you can pay via credit card, check or directly from your bank account. To set up a free paypal account, please click here.
 
Also accepted are money orders, cashier's checks and personal checks subject to a hold until cleared. Checks can be made to Cynthia Fortner. A mailing address will be provided at checkout.
 
SHIPPING
For custom orders, please allow up to 2 weeks for completion. After receiving your order and payment, All packages are shipped via USPS. Insurance is optional and recommended as i cannot be responsible for lost/damaged items once they are dropped off at the post office. Insurance is 1.30 per every $50 of coverage.
